Introduction Letter of Alireza Karimi, CEO of Pardis Motor Oil Company
I am Alireza Karimi Rahmatabadi, the CEO of Pardis Motor Oil Company. I am originally from Rafsanjan and was born in 1973 in Tehran. I began my professional journey in my hometown, Rafsanjan, and later continued my activities in Tehran. Since adolescence, I had a dream: to establish a factory in my city. I’m proud to have turned that dream into reality.
In 2003, with strong determination, I decided to enter the manufacturing sector. One of my goals was to carry out the production process directly in Rafsanjan instead of sending raw materials to Tehran. This decision contributed to the region’s industrial development and created more job opportunities for the youth of my city.
Our company, Pardis Motor Oil, is active in the reprocessing of petroleum products and the production of various types of motor oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, and industrial lubricants. From the very beginning, our main focus was on exports, and today, I’m proud to say that we export 90% of our products to international markets, while the remaining 10% is supplied to the domestic market.
One of the achievements I take pride in is creating direct employment for over 130 people and indirect employment for around 500 individuals. This has allowed us to play a positive role in entrepreneurship and the economic development of the province.
Along this journey, I’ve also received notable recognitions. I was selected as a top exporter for 15 consecutive years and, in 2011, was honored with the International Quality Award from France. These accomplishments continue to inspire me to move forward with even greater energy on the path of growth and development.
